Las participantes de la segunda cohorte de la Escuela Ciudadana por el Derecho a la Salud, en colaboraci\u00f3n con los Alcaldes Auxiliares de la Aldea Panyebar, defensores de la REDC-SALUD y el equipo del CEGSS, realizaron una jornada de vigilancia en el puesto de salud de la comunidad. Durante esta actividad, se entrevist\u00f3 a los usuarios del servicio para conocer sus percepciones sobre los cuatro pilares fundamentales de la salud: calidad, aceptabilidad, accesibilidad y disponibilidad.<\/p>

Adem\u00e1s de las entrevistas con los usuarios, se sostuvieron reuniones con el personal del servicio de salud, incluido el responsable del puesto, y se aplicaron encuestas para obtener una visi\u00f3n integral de la situaci\u00f3n. Los hallazgos obtenidos se recopilar\u00e1n en un informe que destacar\u00e1 tanto los aspectos positivos como las recomendaciones espec\u00edficas para mejorar la atenci\u00f3n en cada uno de los servicios.<\/p>

La coordinaci\u00f3n con las autoridades locales se convierte en un puente para la implementaci\u00f3n de soluciones concretas para mejorar los servicios de salud en la comunidad.<\/p>

Asamblea en la Aldea Palestina<\/p>

En paralelo, en la aldea Palestina, las participantes de la Escuela Ciudadana, junto a los defensores de la REDC-SALUD y el equipo del CEGSS, organizaron una asamblea comunitaria para dialogar sobre las percepciones y la confianza de los usuarios en el acceso a los servicios de salud p\u00fablica.<\/p>

Los asistentes identificaron diversas carencias en el sistema, tales como la falta de ambulancias, infraestructura adecuada, medicamentos y personal suficiente, lo cual limita una atenci\u00f3n digna y eficiente.<\/p>

El trabajo de las participantes de la Escuela Ciudadana por el Derecho a la Salud, junto con el apoyo de los defensores de la REDC-SALUD, ha sido fundamental para fortalecer la vigilancia ciudadana y empoderar a la comunidad en la defensa de su derecho a una atenci\u00f3n sanitaria digna y de calidad.<\/p>

The participants of the second cohort of the Citizen School for the Right to Health, in collaboration with the Auxiliary Mayors of Panyebar Village, REDC-SALUD advocates and the CEGSS team, conducted a monitoring day at the community health post. During this activity, service users were interviewed to learn about their perceptions of the four fundamental pillars of health: quality, acceptability, accessibility and availability. In addition to the interviews with users, meetings were held with health service personnel, including the person in charge of the post, and surveys were administered to obtain a comprehensive view of the situation. The findings obtained will be compiled in a report that will highlight both positive aspects and specific recommendations for improving care in each of the services. Coordination with local authorities becomes a bridge for the implementation of concrete solutions to improve health services in the community. Assembly in Palestina Village In parallel, in Palestina Village, the participants of the Citizen School, together with the REDC-SALUD advocates and the CEGSS team, organized a community assembly to discuss the perceptions and confidence of users in access to public health services. The attendees identified several shortcomings in the system, such as the lack of ambulances, adequate infrastructure, medicines and sufficient personnel, which limits dignified and efficient care.
