On September 18, 2026, at the office of the Ixil Women's Network in Nebaj, El Quiché, the REDC-SALUD and CEGSS held the monthly follow-up meeting for the Oversight and Monitoring Committee.

During the meeting, participants reviewed the progress made on the planned actions and the Committee's participation in the COMUSA, where the priorities of the Municipal Health Plan 2025–2030.

They also followed up on the situation at the Nebaj Hospital and the Committee's participation in the COMUDE and the format for recording actions, results, and strategic alliances requested by COMUSA.

As part of the agreements, it was decided to continue monitoring the commission’s actions and decisions, as well as to review, in 2027, the composition and participation of the organizations that make up the Oversight and Monitoring Committee.
